Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Acting Commander, Coast Guard National Central Luzon – Central Luzon, dated 14 March 2019.

2. Per above reference, the Soil Philippines Index Testing Inc., with office address 441 Real St., corner Perpetual Village 2, Pulang Lupa 1, Las Piñas City will be conducting Geothenical Investigation for the  Metro Manila Subway Project (offshore drilling) along Pasig River on the following dates and bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times. 

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
