Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region - Central Luzon dated 02 May 2019.

2. Per above reference, the Geotechnical Investigation of Metro Manila Subway project along Pasig River, were caused delay of drilling and currently on-going at about 50 meters was not yet hit the target bedrock. The Soil Philippines Index Testing Inc. with office address 441 Real St. corner Perpetual Village 2, Pulang Lupa 1, Las Piñas City is requesting for extension of the said project bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
