Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog dated 20 May 2019.

2. LS CABRA located at Brgy Lubang, Occidental Mindoro or at Lat 13° 53' 24" North Longitude 120° 01' 19" East with light characteristic of flashing white every ten (10) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 08 May 2019. 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
