Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Mary Grace Pakig, Marine Assistant of Lighthouse Shipmanagement Philippines Incorporation dated 22 November 2019.
2. Per reference, CS VEGA a Philippine registered vessel owned by Fleet Marine Cable Solutions (FMCS) and manage by Lighthouse Shipmanagement Philippines Incorporation in conducting a cable repair on 1-14 December 2019 in about 3 miles Northwest of Pulupandan Jetty on maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:
Lat 9°25’12.42’’ N, Long 123°20’36.33’’ E
Lat 8°43’36.69’’ N, Long 123°22’51.28’’ E
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

1. Reference: Letter from Arnel B Quibael, Assistant Operations Manager-Port Agency Services of Ben Line Agencies Philippines Incorporation dated 22 November 2019.
2. Per reference, SC SIRAPAT will conduct a marine survey of cable installation for the Mindanao – Visayan Interconnection Project. The said vessel is owned by Beacon Offshore Ltd. and appointed Ben Line Agencies as agent. The said activity will last 20 days on the maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:
Lat 9°25’12.42’’ N, Long 123°20’36.33’’ E
Lat 8°43’36.69’’ N, Long 123°22’51.28’’ E
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
