Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 02 October 2019.

2. Per above reference, the Station Commander of CGS Pasig will facilitate the conduct of Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) training. Part of the training is the conduct of rubber boat handling, capsizing and the one (1) mile survival swim on 12 October 2019 from breakwater to Wharf Headquarters, Philippine Coast Guard, Port Area Manila, bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
