Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1.            Reference: Radio Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Northern Mindanao dated 16 September 2019.

2.      Per reference, Subsea Services Inc., will be conducting a near shore diving survey for Nexas Norway as from September 18, 2019 until on or before November 30, 2019 at Dapitan City Zamboanga Del Norte Philippines bounded by the following coordinates:

3.         In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4.         The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
