PCG: Philippine Coast Guard personnel from National Headquarters participated in the pre-annual physical fitness test (PFT) at Quirino Grandstand this morning conducted by the Special Service Office (SSO). The activity aims to monitor PCG personnel’s fitness level, health and over all well being in preparation to the regular PFT this coming November 2015.
