Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1.  Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander Coast Guard District Central Visayas Cite CGDCV D8-0119-003 dated 16 January 2019.

2.  Above reference pertains to the upcoming celebration of the Fiesta Sto Niño (Sinulog 2019) wherein Fluvial Procession will be held in honor of Señor Sto Niño on January 19, 2019 at 4:00AM to 10:00AM at the vicinity of Cebu-Mactan Channel.

3. Relatedly the North and South Entrance Channel of Cebu Harbor will temporarily be closed on January 19, 2019 at 4:00AM to 10:00AM.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.

5. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
