1. Reference: Letter from Capt. Terence L. Uytingban, General Manager – Marine Agency Services, Benline Agencies Philippines, Inc. dated 21 January 2019.

2. The vessel MV Wish Way owned by Wishway Global Shipping Corp. and operated by CCCC International Shipping Corp will arrive on the 25 of January 2019 at the port of Batangas in preparation for their operations in the area. The vessel will load one lift barge at Batangas anchorage, tentatively on the 25 of January 2019 and will last approximately 2-3 days beginning its arrival on the site. MV Wish Way will conduct its loading operation on the following coordinates:

Latitude 13°45.893’ North, Longitude 121°1.342’ East Latitude 13°45.466’ North, Longitude 121°1.863’ East Latitude 13°46.80’ North, Longitude 120°59.78’ East
