Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Coast Guard District Central Visayas Radio Message Cite CGDCV D8-0715-012.
2. This pertains to the Upcoming APEC 2015 meeting in Cebu on August 24, 2015 to October 14, 2015. Coast Guard District Central Visayas is the designated UPR for Maritime Security preparation. Under MARSEC Site Task Unit Operational Plan, floating assets and personnel will be deployed at the nearest coastline of the venue where APEC meetings will be conducted.
3. For APEC meetings at Shangrila Hotel in Mactan, Cebu, the nearby coastal waters of said hotel was sub divided into three (3) sectors to cater the MARSEC requirement. While for APEC meeting at Radisson Blue Hotel, Marco Polo Hotel, Marriot Hotel and Waterfront Hotel, the area near Cebu International Port along Cebu-Mactan Channel will be declared as a security/restricted area.
4. Hereunder are the coordinates of the above-mentioned area and the effectively dates on the execution of MARSEC OPLAN Re- APEC 2015 in Cebu:
