Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1.Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0614-073.

2.The Philippine Navy and United States Navy will conduct the combined Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2014 from 26 June to 01 July 2014. Part of the a Sea events is the gunnery exercise for all participating vessels from 28 to 30 June 2014 to be conducted at vicinity 13.6 nautical miles West off Sampaloc Point, Subic, Zambales bounded by the following coordinates:

3.In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
