2. Per above reference, on 181040h June 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received an Email from MIRC regarding M/V Orkim Harmony, a Malaysian flagged registered products tanker with call sign: MMSI: 533042200 and IMO Nr: 9524671 informing that the abovementioned vessel is under Hijacked Attack and requesting for immediate security at Latitude 02 Deg 08.9 Min North Long 104 Deg 27.3 Min East or at 17 NM SW of Palau Aur, Malaysia.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings, take necessary actions and if sighted report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).

Per above reference, on or about 161015H June 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received a fax message from KDD INMARSAT – C Service regarding M/V “Western Seattle”, a Philippine registered bulk carrier with call sign: DUEQ, MMSI: 548868000 and IMO Nr: 9660619 informing that the abovementioned vessel is under pirate attack and requesting for immediate security at latitude 14 degrees 47.08 minutes North, longitude 124 degrees 03.05 minutes East or at 45 NM North off Yog Pt., Pandan, Catanduanes.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings, take necessary actions and if sighted report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).
