8. LS Tubugan Point located at San Jose De Buenavista, Antique or at Latitude 10 degs 44 mins 20 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 56 mins 06 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since May 24, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

2. EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company contracted by FilGeo Solutions Inc. to carry out a Bathymetric Survey for the main berth project of PASAR Isabel. The survey will be undertaken between June 23, 2015 and June 30, 2015 using a local passenger banca based in Leyte on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

1. Reference: Thru email from MIRC –Dated 18 June 2015.

2. Per above reference, on 181040h June 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received an Email from MIRC regarding M/V Orkim Harmony, a Malaysian flagged registered products tanker with call sign: MMSI: 533042200 and IMO Nr: 9524671 informing that the abovementioned vessel is under Hijacked Attack and requesting for immediate security at Latitude 02 Deg 08.9 Min North Long 104 Deg 27.3 Min East or at 17 NM SW of Palau Aur, Malaysia.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings, take necessary actions and if sighted report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).

1. Reference: Fax Message from KDD INMARSAT – C Service dated 16 June 2015.

2. Per above reference, on or about 161015H June 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received a fax message from KDD INMARSAT – C Service regarding M/V “Western Seattle”, a Philippine registered bulk carrier with call sign: DUEQ, MMSI: 548868000 and IMO Nr: 9660619 informing that the abovementioned vessel is under pirate attack and requesting for immediate security at latitude 14 degrees 47.08 minutes North, longitude 124 degrees 03.05 minutes East or at 45 NM North off Yog Pt., Pandan, Catanduanes.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings, take necessary actions and if sighted report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).
