Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1.Reference: HPCG/CG-12 Training Directive Number 02-14.
2.The Philippine Coast Guard will conduct the 2nd PCG-JICA Integrated Sea-Borne Maritime Law Enforcement (MARLEN) Training Exercise from June 24 to 26 2014. The aim of the exercise is to enhance the practical capability of the PCG to undertake Maritime Law Enforcement particularly sea-borne operations in South Harbor (Port Activities) and Manila bay/vicinity off Corregidor Island (at-sea activities) at 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M. on 26 June 2014 bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 14 degs 39 mins 50 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 49 mins 00 secs East |
| Point C | Latitude 14 degs 39 mins 50 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 47 mins 50 secs East |
| Point D | Latitude 14 degs 38 mins 00 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 47 mins 50 secs East |
3.In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
4.The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
