Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. David M. Martin, General Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated June 22, 2015.
2. EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company contracted by FilGeo Solutions Inc. to carry out a Bathymetric Survey for the main berth project of PASAR Isabel. The survey will be undertaken between June 23, 2015 and June 30, 2015 using a local passenger banca based in Leyte on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 10 degs 53.905 mins North | Longitude 124 degs 10.689 mins East |
| Point C | Latitude 10 degs 53.763 mins North | Longitude 124 degs 10.833 mins East |
| Point D | Latitude 10 degs 53.497 mins North | Longitude 124 degs 10.673 mins East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
