1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Christine R. Kenman, Chief Executive Officer of SUBSEA SERVICES, INC. dated 21 May 2015.
2. SUBSEA SERVICES INC. is a Commercial Diving Company in the Philippines that will conduct a hydrographic survey at Shell Tagbiliran Oil Depot, Tagbiliran, Bohol, Philippines for PILIPINAS SHELL PETROLEUM CORP. The survey will be carried out from 22-25 May 2015 utilizing their own Survey Aluminum Boat (Kimple 400 Laker Standard) on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 09 degs 39 mins 05.52 secs North | Longitude 123 degs 50 mins 56.81 secs East |
| Point C | Latitude 09 degs 39 mins 01.82 secs North | Longitude 123 degs 50 mins 48.67 secs East |
| Point D | Latitude 09 degs 39 mins 03.35 secs North | Longitude 123 degs 50 mins 47.81 secs East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
