2. In Line with the implementation of Philippines Coast Guard Memorandum Circular 04-14 entitled “Guidelines on Conducting Marine Parades, Reggattas and other Maritime Related Activities for the Promotion of Life at Sea”, Coast Guard Station Zamboanga issued permit to conduct Regatta to Hon. Naim A Iraji office of the Barangay Council, Sinunuc Zamboanga City on 28 May 2015 at Sinunuc, Zamboanga City.

3. The Activity Area is bounded by the following coordinates:

3. LS Baybay located at Baybay, Leyte or at Latitude 10 degs 40 mins 28 secs North, Longitude 124 degs 47 mins 57 secs East has been RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since March 05, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

4. LS Catarman located at Brgy. Cawayan, Catarman, Northern Samar or at Latitude 12 degs 31 mins 00 secs North, Longitude 124 degs 30 mins 07 secs East has been RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since May 09, 2015 with light characteristics FIXED RED.

5. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

1. Reference: Telephone call from Japan Coast Guard dated 18 May 2015.

2. On 181020H May 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received a telephone call from Japan Coast Guard regarding distress alert at Lat 17 Degs 55 Mins North, Long 123 Degs 57 Mins East or at vicinity 67 NM NE off Palanan Pt., Isabela.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings, take appropriate action and if sighted report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).

Crew On Board: 3 (1 Taiwanese, 2 Indonesians)
Length: 14.70 M
Width: 3.20 M
Tonnage: 13.04 Tons
Color Of Hull:  White

3.  Following are the possible position of the missing Taiwanese fishing vessel:

Point Alpha: Lat 21 Degrees 15 Minutes North Long 122 Degrees 20 Minutes  East 
Point Bravo:  Lat 21 Degrees 15 Minutes North  Long 122 Degrees 30 Minutes  East 
Point Charlie:  Lat 21 Degrees 20 Minutes North  Long 122 Degrees 20 Minutes  East
