2 On 221700H May 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received fax message from Taipei RCC regarding the missing Taiwan Fishing Vessel “Hsin Fa Chai No. 1” with the following details:

3. Following are the possible position of the missing Taiwanese fishing vessel:

| Point Bravo: | Lat 21 Degrees 15 Minutes North | Long 122 Degrees 30 Minutes East |
| Point Charlie: | Lat 21 Degrees 20 Minutes North | Long 122 Degrees 20 Minutes East |
| Point Delta: | Lat 21 Degrees 20 Minutes North | Long 122 Degrees 30 Minutes East |
