2. The Philippine Navy Vessel PG380 will conduct Annual Test Firing of her naval guns on November 30, 2015 at vicinity 8.3 nautical miles Northwest off Binangculan, Tapiutan Island, El Nido, Palawan bounded by the following coordinates: 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
