1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Christine R. Kennaman, Chief Executive Officer of SUBSEA SERVICES, INC. dated November 25, 2015.
2. SUBSEA SERVICES INC. is a Commercial Diving Company in the Philippines that will conduct a hydrographic survey of Petron Puerto Prinsesa Oil Depot at Puerto Prinsesa, Philippines for the client Petron Corporation. The survey will be carried out from November 28, 2015 until on or December 04, 2015 utilizing their own Survey Aluminum Boat (Kimple 400 Laker Standard) on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point 4 | Latitude 09 degs 43 mins 46.25 secs North | Longitude 118 degs 44 mins 24.70 secs East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
