1. References: Coast Guard District Bicol Radio Message Cite CGDBCL8-1014-007 dated October 23, 2014 and Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog Radio Message Cite STL3-1014-026 dated October 18, 2014.

2. LS Cabusao located at Cabusao, Camarines Sur or at Latitude 13 degs 25 mins 03 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 06 mins 48 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since October 22, 2014.

3. LS Café Santiago located at Calatagan, Batangas or at Latitude 13 degs 43 mins 24 secs North, Longitude 120 degs 39 mins 06 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since October 13, 2014.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
