1. Reference: Letter from Minister Samson T.L. Chang, Deputy Representative, Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in the Philippines dated October 22, 2014.
2. The Itu Aba Command of Coast Guard Administration (CGA), Executive Yuan of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will conduct a regular live fire training on November 03, 2014 from 08:00 A.M. to 06:00 P.M. and November 11, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 10 degs 18 mins 14 secs North | Longitude 114 degs 18 mins 34 secs East |
| Point C | Latitude 10 degs 25 mins 17 secs North | Longitude 114 degs 25 mins 48 secs East |
| Point D | Latitude 10 degs 18 mins 57 secs North | Longitude 114 degs 26 mins 05 secs East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned area are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all time.
