Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Email from CE Jose F Galarosa dated 06 October 2015.

2. Per above reference, on or about 061428H October 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received email from CE Jose F Galarosa, Fleet Manager of Mercury Shipping Corporation requesting for   search and rescue operation for the missing crew of MV Cape United identified as Mr. Dennis S. Ponferrada last 03 October 2015 at Latitude 17 Degs 16.6 Mins North Longitude 120 Degs 00.6 Mins East or at vicinity 27 NM Northwest of Luna, Ilocos Sur. 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings, take necessary actions and if sighted report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).
