2. For implementation of PCG MC 04-14 dated April 16, 2014 entitled “Guidelines on Conducting Marine Parades, Regattas and other related activities for the Promotion of Safety of Life at sea”. CGS Cavite issued permit to the Most Holy Rosary Parish to conduct Fluvial Parade on 030900H October 2015 at vicinity waters off Barangay Wawa III, Rosario, Cavite and bounded by the following coordinates:
