2. The Philippine Navy Vessel PG390 will conduct Annual Test Firing of her naval guns on September 08, 2015 from 07:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M. at vicinity 7 nautical miles North off Pangutaran Island, Sulu bounded by the following coordinates:
