Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite SCDO-0316-150.
2. The Armed Force of the Philippines (AFP), US Pacific Command (USPACOM) and the Australian Defense Force (ADF) will conduct a combine/joint exercise code named “PH-US BALIKATAN 2016” (BK16) from April 04 to 16 2016. The Japan Self Defense Force (JSDF) will be observes to several events of the exercise gunnery exercise will be conducted on April 07 to 09 2016 at vicinity of 20 Nautical Miles Southwest off Sampaloc Pont, Zambales bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
