1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel Quabael Operations-Port Agency Services, BENLINE Agencies Phils. Inc. dated April 13, 2016.

2. The GLOBAL MARINE SYSTEMS, LTD thru vessel CS Cable Retriever has been tasked to do Cable repair – FOBN2 S4B1 Op2 (Legazpi, Albay – Calbayog, Northern Samar). The Job will be extend from April 22, 2016 and estimateD to be completed on May 20, 2016 on area bounded by the following coordinates:   

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting along the routes of above mentioned destinations are advised to observe safe distance from the vessel and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
