Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog Radio Message Cite STL3-0416-042.
2. The Open Water Swimming Activity of Swim Academy Philippines at 04:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. on April 24, 2016. The activity will cover an area with the range of 100 meters from the shoreline of Verde Island and circumnavigating the entire Island bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 13 degs 34 mins 39.69 secs North | Longitude 121 degs 05 mins 22.32 secs East |
| Point C | Latitude 13 degs 34 mins 39.69 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 05 mins 22.32 secs East |
| Point D | Latitude 13 degs 31 mins 13.47 secs North | Longitude 120 degs 04 mins 38.17 secs East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting along the routes of above mentioned destinations are advised to observe safe distance from the above areas and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
