1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Ramon R. Siason, Operation Supervisor of Supply Oilfield Services, Inc. dated November 16, 2016.

2. TOTAL E&P Phils, is scheduled to conduct a recovery operation for the previously deployed three (3) Metocean Buoys in South Sulu Sea. These buoys were deployed in December 2015 for data gathering. The recovery operations is scheduled to be conducted around the 1st week of December 2016 and will last for around 6 days. This is relative to the MetOcean Survey Project between TOTAL E&P PHILIPPINES and the Philippine Government through the Department of Energy in offshore South Sulu Sea as part of the exploration activities under Service Contract No. 56. They will be utilizing M/V PETANI SELATAN 5803 as MetOcean Survey Vessel.

Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Ramon R. Siason Operation Supervisor of Supply Oilfield Services, Inc. dated November 11, 2016.

2. Shell Philippines Exploration B.V (SPEX), contracted and utilizing DOF Subsea Asia Pacific Pte Ltd’s Platform Support vessel, M/V Skandi Constructor as replacement of Malampaya Platform support vessel M/V Skandi Hawk, which will be deployed as Mooring and Support vessel in Offshore Northwest Palawan in mid of November 2016 for approximately 2 to 3 months duration, sea and weather permitting, as part of the on-going petroleum development activities under Service Contract No. 38 and the Philippine Government through the Department of Energy.

3. The Malampaya Deep-water Gas manifold is located in approximately 820m of water in the South China Sea, Northwest off Palawan Island. Two wells have been installed in early 2013 that required jumper installation and connections to the exiting manifold. In addition, several field maintenance activities will be completed. Malampaya Shutdown Campaign 2013 Scope of work 2013 consist of: Jumper installation (x2), flying lead installation, flying lead replacement, distribution unit change out, LTPC blanking plate replacements (x2), SCM change out (x3), choke change alt. work location is bounded by the following coordinates:
