1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-1116-062
2. The Philippine Navy Vessel FF11 will conduct test firing of her Naval Guns in order to ensure/validate the operational readiness of her armaments on 18-19 November 2016 at vicinity 14 Nautical Miles Southwest off Luzon point., Mariveles, Bataan bounded by following coordinates:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel Quibael Operations-Port Agency Services, BENLINE Agencies Phils. Inc. dated October 25, 2016.

The GLOBAL MARINE SYSTEMS, LTD thru vessel CS Cable Retriever has been tasked to do Cable repair for SJC (Southeast Asia Japan Cable Segment 13 op5 located at Northeast of Camiguin Island in Babuyan group of Island. The Job will be start from November 11, 2016 and estimate to be completed on December 10, 2016 on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

1. Reference: E-mail fromC, CGDNCR-CL dated 10 November 2016.
2. Per above reference, Coast Guard Action Center received an e-mail from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon (C, CGDNCR-CL) regarding the Capsizing of Barge “Kanduli” that is presently located at vicinity of Pasig River entrance or at Latitude 14 Degrees 35.021 Minutes North, Longitude 120 Degrees 56.21 Minutes East. Barge “Kanduli” poses danger/hazard to navigation.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned area are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
