Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Elmer Z. Valencia, CE, Assistant Manager, Geotechnics Philippines Inc. dated 02 November 2016.
2. The Geotechnics Philippines Inc., a Philippine based company has been contracted by Shanghai Electric Power Const., Co., Ltd. to conduct Oceanographic Surveys for the Project: GN Power 2x600 MW Coal Fired Power Plant Terminal Project. The survey will be undertaken between 04 November 2016 and 07 December 2016 using local registered boats in Mariveles, Bataan bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | 14˚24’42.52”N | 120˚35’58.19”E |
| Point C | 14˚24’21.39”N | 120˚34’19.64”E |
| Point D | 14˚23’45.81”N | 120˚33’5.65”E |
| Point E | 14˚22’24.77”N | 120˚32’21.44”E |
| Point F | 14˚24’36.95”N | 120˚30’49.95”E |
| Point G | 14˚25’17.38”N | 120˚31’17.64”E |
| Point H | 14˚25’17.12”N | 120˚32’22.00”E |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting along the routes of above mentioned coordinates are advised to observe safe distance from the vessel and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
