2. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) will be having a PCG-JICA 9th Seaborne MARLEN Exercise within Manila Bay on October 26-27, 2016. The exercise will take place at vicinity One (1) Nautical Mile North off Sangley Point, Cavite City, bounded by the following coordinates:

The Navigational Buoy Beacon Nr. 2 (Red Beacon) with coordinates Latitude 09 degs 39 mins 28sec North, Longitude 123 degs 49 mins 39 secs East was accidentally hit and rammed by LCT”628” while passing Tagbilaran Channel.Said beacon submerged from its position as a result of the incident and now declared to be Not Operating.
