Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Rene Tabia Managing Director, Blue Horizon Shipping & Logistic Services Inc. dated October 03, 2016.

2. The Blue Horizon Shipping & Logistic Services Inc with the vessel Pilling Barge Hang Gong Zhuan QI will conduct a construction of power plant’s at Pier in Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte from September 28, 2016 to March 27, 2017 on area bounded by the following coordinates:   

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting along the routes of above mentioned coordinates are advised to observe safe distance from the vessel and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
