1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite PC396-1017-153.
2. The Philippine Navy vessel PC396 will conduct Test firing on 17 November 2017 at vicinity 5 Nautical Mile South West off Pagtudlan, Pacijan, Camotes Island, Cebu bounded with the following coordinates:
| Point A | Latitude 10º 30.50’ N | Longitude 124º 12.50’ E |
| Point B | Latitude 10º 30.50’ N | Longitude 124º 17.50’ E |
| Point C | Latitude 10º 25.50’ N | Longitude 124º 12.50’ E |
| Point D | Latitude 10º 25.50’ N | Longitude 124º 17.50’ E |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
