1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region- Central Luzon dated 23 October 2017.
2. The 31st ASEAN Summit 2017 hosted by the Philippines will be having eleven (11) 31st ASEAN Summit Related Meetings from 05 November to 16 November 2017 to be attended by foreign and local delegates from ASEAN member countries.
3. In line with this, please be inform that the Philippine Coast Guard is enforcing “No Sail Zone” at the vicinity bounded by the following coordinates:
