2. The Province of Negros Oriental will be celebrating Buglasan Festival 2017 on 13-22 October 2017. One of the events will be the Fireworks Display on 211930H-2000H and 221930H-2000H October 2017 at vicinity Seawaters Off Dumaguete Bay, Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity are advised to take note of the information.

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Wilson B. Villanueva, Director-Commercial Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated 09 October 2017.

EGS Asia Inc., a registered Philippine survey company, has been contracted by Ocean Pixel Ltd., Inc. to conduct a Multi-beam Sound Survey (MBES), Sub-bottom Profiling (Seismic Survey) and Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) Transect and Bottom Mounted at Rasa Channel, Surigao del Norte. The survey will be undertaken 15 October to 30 November 2017 using the EGS Sea Worker survey motor for the survey. The limit of the survey are on areas bounded by the following coordinates:
