Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel Quibael, Operations-Port Agency Services, Benline Agencies Philippines, INC. dated September 28, 2017.
2. GLOBAL MARINE SYSTEMS, LTD. thru vessel CS Cable Retriever has been tasked to do Cable repair – ASE 1.3op4 located at North Luzon on 04 October 2017 and estimated to be done on 03 November 2017. The limit of the areas bounded by the following coordinates:
| 18 deg 44.2960 ‘ North | 121 deg 13.4210’ East |
| 18 deg 59.0100 ‘ North | 121 deg 43.3980’ East |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
