1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Wilson B Villanueva Director – Commercial Manager EGS Asia Inc. dated April 9, 2017.
2. EGS Asia Inc. a registered Philippine survey company, has been contracted by Panay Energy Development Corporation (PEDC) to conduct a Multi-Beam Echo Sounding Survey (SWATH) at ILo-ilo Strait South Channel. The survey will be undertaken between 12 April and 12 May, 2017 using local passenger banca MB “KEZIAH 2” for the survey, bounded with the following coordinates:

Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Radio Message from Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon dated 01 April 2017.
2. The Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon is conducting search and rescue operations to the reported 12 missing persons onboard motorbanca Christian Angel since 21 March 2017. The said motorbanca departed from Sitio Dinginen, Brgy. Alas-asin, Mariviles Bataan enroute to Brgy. Latoria, Naic, Cavite but failed to return up to this date. Said motorbanca allegedly departed from Sitio Dinginen, Brgy. Alas-asin, Mariviles Bataan enroute to Brgy. Latoria, Naic, Cavite.
3. On or about 240530H March 2017, motorbanca “Cristian Angel” was sighted unmanned and capsized at vicinity waters off Cabra Kland, Lubang, Occidental Mindoro, or at approximately sixty two (62) nautical miles west of Wawa port, brgy Wawa, Nasugbu, Batangas without starboard outrigger.
4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts are advised to be on the look-out for missing persons, render necessary assistance when sighted and report to the nearest Coast Guard District/Station if sighted.
