Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message Cite CG3-0717-012

2. In celebration of the 50th Founding Anniversary of ASEAN all vessels as well as commercial vessels are advised to participate in the Blowing of Ship’s Horn for two (2) minutes at exactly 3PM on August 08, 2017 within your Area of Responsibility.  

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
