Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Bicol dated 07 August 2017.
2. The Oplan of this District in connection with the upcoming Asean Telsom-ATRC meeting on 21-26 August 2017 at Misibis bay resort, Cagraray, Albay. As the lead agency for the Task Unit Maritime, the district together with the Philippine Navy and PNP-Maritime Group is to task to establish maritime exclusion zone and conduct Maritime and Port/berthing Infrastructure Security Operations to ensure Safety and Security of the participating delegates/vip’s and parties in coordination with other Law Enforcement Government Agencies during the holding of Asean meeting in Legaspi City. As a part of the plan, A “No Sailing Zone” will be implemented 2 nautical mile from the shoreline in the area of activity. To ensure the security and safety of the participants, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) will enforce a “No Sail Zone” at the seawaters of the said vicinity bounded by the following coordinates:
