1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Western Visayas dated 22 February 2017.
2. The Joint Team of Coast Guard Station Ilo-ilo, Aids to Navigation Service (ANS) and Philippine Port Authority (PPA) personnel onboard barge Pilipino of FF Cruz Shipping Corporation will conduct lighted buoy laying at the proposed revised location at the vicinity of Ilo-ilo South entrance channel along Ilo-ilo strait on February 23, 2017 with the following coordinates:
