Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel Operations-Port Agency Services BENLINE Agencies Phil. Inc. dated February 23, 2017.

2. The Pacific Light Cable Network (PLCN) is a point trans-Pacific undersea fiber optic telecommunication cable that will link Hong Kong and Los Angeles (USA) with a potential for additional connectivity to Taiwan and Philippines. A marine survey will be carried out prior installation. The route survey of complete cable system will be carried out by EGS (Asia) Ltd thru R/V NORTHERN ENDEAVOUR as the survey contractor appointed by Tyco Electronics Subsea Communications LLC (Te Subcom). The job at Philippines water will start from March 13 2017 and be completed on April 11 2017. Attached is the route position list Pacific Light Network Segment 1.1 to 1.4 for reference.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
