Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0517-068

2. The Philippine Navy vessel PC111, PC 383, PC0385 and PC390 will conduct operational readiness evaluation (ORE) & gunnery exercise (GUNNEX) from 22 to 24 May 2017 at vicinity 7.5 NM SW off Hornos Point, Mariveles,Bataan bounded the following coordinates: 

Pt A – Lat14°18’00”NLong 120°25’00”E

  Pt B – Lat 14°18’00”N Long 120°20’00”E

Pt C – Lat14°13’00”NLong 120°25’00”E

   Pt D – Lat 14°13’55”N Long 120°20’00”E 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

1. Reference: Message from Commander,Maritime Safety Services Command dated 04 May 2017.

2. The Lighted buoy (ISOLATED DANGER MARK) installed at the vicinity of sunken M/V “CAPTAIN UFUK” located at south harbor breakwater south entrance or at Lat 14’33’52.1” Long 120’58’08.5” with light characteristics flashing two (2) white every five (5) seconds was restored to its normal operational.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercraft transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned area are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times. 

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.

2. The National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) Hydrography Branch, will conduct Hydrographic survey activities from 04 May 2017 until 30 June 2017 utilizing BRP Hydrographer Palma within the area bounded by the following coordinates:

 From Point B, following the 20 m depth contour to point C

Point C 14° 26’ 17.5317” N 120° 46’ 32.5386” E

 From Point C, following the 10 m depth contour to point D

Point E 14° 32’ 43.3312” N 120° 56’ 59.7227” E
