1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Bicol dated 23 May 2017.
2. LS Patitinan located at Sitio Elise Point, Brgy. Patitinan, Sangay, Camarines Sur or at Latitude 13 degs 03 mins 00 sec North, Longitude 123 degs 07 mins 00 East with light characteristics flashing white light every 5 secs was reported NOT OPERATING since 17 May 2017.
3. LS Colongcogong located at Brgy Colongcogong, Caramoan, Camarines Sur or at Latitude 13 degs 42 mins 27 sec North, Longitude 123 degs 57 mins 43 East with light characteristics flashing white light every 10 secs was reported NOT OPERATING since 20 May 2017.
4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
5. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

EGS Asia Inc., a registered Philippine survey company, has been contracted by Panay Energy Development Corporation to carry out a bathymetric survey along the Iloilo Strait south channel between 26 May 2017 and 10 June 2017 using a local boat MBCA Keziah 2. The limit of the survey are on areas bounded by the following coordinates:
