Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference:Letter from Mr. Ramon R. Siason, Department Head Operation of Supply Oilfield Services, Inc. 

2. The Shell Philippine Exploration (SPEX) is scheduled to conduct starting around 24 November to 01 December 2017, sea and weather permitting, their Subsea installation operation at East Mindoro, utilizing DOF Subsea’sDiving Support Vessel M/V Skandi Hawk together with her Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV), as part of their petroleum development activities under their Service Contract (SC) No. 38 with the Department of Energy (DOE). 

3. M/V Skandi Hawk will be performing Subsea testing inspection of Malampaya Gas Export pipeline bounded by the following coordinates:

Exclusion zone – 500m from the operations.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

5. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
