1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Christine R. Kennaman, Chief Executive Officer, Subsea Services Incorporated.
2. The Subsea Services Incorporated will be conducting a hydrographic survey on the surroundings of the Proposed Three (3) units Mooring buoys at San Fernando Bay, La Union from November 12, 2017 until on or before November 17 2017 for the PILIPINAS SHELL PETROLEUM, bounded with the following coordinates:
