1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel Quibael, Assistant Operations Manager -Port Agency Services, Benline Agencies Philippines, Inc. dated 19 April 2018.

2. The DYNAMIC OFFSHIRE LTD. thru BRITOIL 20 will conduct mining operation in Gonzaga, Cagayan Province. Said tug will assist in the exploration, extraction and processing of magnetite iron and other associated mineral deposits from April 28, 2018 to May 27, 2018, bounded by the following coordinates:    

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
