1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 26 June 2018.
2. Above reference pertains to the request letter of Acting Station Commander, Coast Guard Station Pasig regarding the extension of the activity of Angel Lazaro & Associates International Consulting Engineers and Architects with office address at L.L. Building, 160 Panay Avenue Corner Edsa, Quezon City. The said company is currently doing foundation investigation, excavation and scuba diving, survey scanning and rebar scanning, coring and rebound hammer to assess the structural integrity for future seismic retrofitting of the following bridges along Pasig River:
