Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 30 July 2018.

2. Per above reference, the Deotechnics Philippines Inc., with office address 119 Sauyo Road Novaliches Quezon City, a subcontractor of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Design Team, will be conducting a Geotechnical Investigation for the detailed design (including supplementary feasibility study)  of Malolos-Clark railway project and North-South Railway Project – South line (Commuter) and assess its structural integrity in preparation for future seismic retrofitting of the bridges along Pasig River on the indicated dates and maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
