Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter of Instruction Nr. 0718-018 South East Asia Cooperation and Training (SEACAT) Exercise 2018 dated 09 August 2018.
2. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) will participate in the actual South East Asia Cooperation and Training (SEACAT) Exercise 2018 from 27 August to 07 September 2018. SEACAT Exercise 2018, organized and led by the United States Navy, is a maritime security information-sharing exercise that addresses maritime security challenges like smuggling, piracy and other illicit activities at sea. The said exercise will be conducted in the area bounded by the following coordinates:
