Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Notice to Mariners Number 039-2018 dated 20 February 2018

2. Addendum to Notice to Mariners No. 039-2018 for the conduct of Marine Geophysical Survey for Sangley International Airport Project in Cavite by Trinav Surveys Inc., the activity will be started on 28 February 2018 to 25 March 2018. All others no change.                  

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

1.    Reference: Letter from Mr Virgilio C Castillo, Project Director C1 (b) - UPMO dated 22 February 2018.

2.  This pertains to the two (2) bridge projects – Binondo-Intramuros Bridge and Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge – that will be financed by the Government of the People’s Republic of China through bilateral cooperation to date, Geological and Geotechnical investigation is currently ongoing. The table below shows the schedule for offshore drilling (on the waterway) of boreholes:

3.  In the preparation for the same activity that will be conducted at Estrella-Pantaleon bridge site on February 27, 2018 to March 10, 2018, below is the coordinates of which are near the piers of the existing Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge connecting the cities of Makati and Mandaluyong:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Bicol, dated 20 February 2018.

2. LS CASTILLA located at Brgy Poblacion, Castilla, Sorsogon or at Latitude 12 degs 56 mins 55 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 52 mins 48 secs East was restored to NORMAL OPERATION since February 18, 2018 with light characteristics of FLASHING  WHITE  EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

Correction to Notice to Mariners No. 041-2018 dated 20 February 2018 that the Subic Sailing Cup, home of the Saturday Afternoon Gentleman Sailing (SAGS) organized the Subic Bay Cup Regatta (SBCR) which will be held from 27 February 2018 to 02 March 2018 at vicinity Subic Bay area onlySaid activity will be participated by participants locally and internationally.
